Photo London celebrates its fourth edition showcasing the best of emerging artists alongside the established masters and some extraordinary vintage pieces. There will be 108 galleries from 18 countries with special exhibitions featuring Darren Almond, William Henry Fox Talbot and the International Center of Photography (ICP).
This year, Edward Burtynsky, the Canadian fine art photographer awarded with The Photo London Master of Photography 2018 prize, will present a selection of rarely-seen photographies related to the complexities of modern life.
The Public Programme includes special exhibitions throughout Somerset House featuring still and moving image, international photography, solo artist booths, landscape photography, alternative and abstracted, premium fashion and 19th Century/ Early 20th Century photography.
Also, for the first time this year, a selected group of galleries (Olivier Castaing/School Gallery from Paris, Hans P. Kraus Jr. from New York and White Cube from London) will present special projects created for the Fair.
The Fair will take place at Somerset House between the 17th and the 20th of May, with a preview on the 16th May.
