“All women want longer legs”. It was in 2013 when Christian Louboutin decided to take this statement to the next level, launching the Nudes Collection, a range of skin tones that transformed Nude from a colour to a concept. This year, the best seller collection has expanded the line, adding two more shades and a delicate ballerina flat into the mix.
A nude pump lengthens the legs and favours a woman’s silhouette. This has been an ongoing inspiration for Louboutin. “I’ve always done a Nude shoe but only using the colour beige,” said Christian Loboutin. This changed with the launch of the Nudes Collection. “I have clients from every continent and want to make them happy!”
The Solasofia model is the latest addition to the family. This ballet pump with a pointed toe joins the Pigalle Follies 100 and the Senora 100, both of which are also available in seven shades of nude. The Solasofia costs £450 and is available at http://eu.christianlouboutin.com/uk_en/shop/women/solasofia-nats.html
